Custom Assembled CRGO Transformer Cores

Chenfan Electric manufactures custom assembled transformer cores from grain-oriented electrical steel
(CRGO/GOES) to customer-approved drawings. Supply scope can include cut laminations, stacking and core
assembly, with the delivery configuration agreed before production. Manufacturing controls cover material
traceability, cut dimensions, burr control, joint alignment and stack geometry. Inspection records and protective
packaging are agreed to suit the receiving factory and transport route. Material grade, gauge, core dimensions, test
conditions and acceptance limits are confirmed for each project.

Step-Lap CRGO Laminations for Transformer
Cores
Precision cut-to-length GOES laminations with project-specific step-lap geometry.

Chenfan Electric supplies cut-to-length CRGO/GOES laminations for transformer core production. Lamination
lengths, widths, mitre angles and step-lap sequences are manufactured to the approved drawing and assembly
plan. Production control focuses on edge condition, burrs, dimensional consistency, piece identification and the
correct stacking sequence. Material grade and thickness are selected against the purchaser's design requirements.
Delivery can be arranged as identified lamination sets or protected stacks, with packaging and inspection
documentation agreed for the project.

and cut-to-length processing available according to the project scope. Purchasers specify the required steel grade,
thickness, width, quantity and applicable material test basis. Material identification and handling protection are
maintained through the agreed processing stages. Original coil supply, slit coil supply and cut lamination delivery
are distinguished in the quotation so that the receiving factory can plan its remaining manufacturing work.

Chenfan Electric supplies CRGO/GOES electrical steel and provides slitting for transformer core manufacturers.
Strip width, steel grade, gauge, coil handling and packaging are specified against the purchaser's processing
needs. Controls include material identification, width consistency, edge and burr inspection, and protection of
coated steel surfaces during handling. Mill documentation and traceability scope are agreed before supply. Coil
dimensions, available grades, quantity and shipment schedule are confirmed by quotation rather than treated as
fixed stock promises.
